Maintaining a Glam Bedroom Look

Hello fam, yea I know it’s been a while, but you know how this things happen. But the good thing is I am back now, yeah!!

A few weeks ago I got a call from a client complaining about how she has not been able to maintain the glam bedroom look that was handed over to her.  She was very excited about the bedroom space but now she is angry at herself and she needs tips on how she can maintain the glam designer bedroom look.

How then should she keep the designer bedroom look???? Here are a few tips for her and everyone struggling with the same:

1.       Ensure you have enough wardrobe space; or better still switch your wears. For example; you could store some of your wears in a box , and you could switch them often or within a particular period of  time in order to keep them from spilling out.

2.       Avoid placing too many things on top of dressers or drawers.  Too many can make a room look cluttered and disorganized.

3.       Make good use of your bedside drawers. This will enable you keep out of sight things you will probably need by your bed. Say your Holy book or Prayer book, sleep mask and many more.
4.       Make good use of decorative boxes or ottomans to store your belongings. Example; Jewelry, scarves, handbags, belts and a lot more.

5.       Make good use of your under bed storage. This is the best storage space to hideout as many things as possible. I greatly recommend the ones with wheels; with this you can easily drag in and out. But if you don’t have the luxury of space under your bed you could use under bed drawers. This is good to store extra blanket, towels, bed sheets and many more.

With this few tips you can maintain your bedroom glam look for as long as you want.
Do drop your comments and suggestions on how to maintain a bedroom glam look, or how you maintain your own bedroom look.

DESIGN TIP OF THE WEEK

Don't fear displaying your precious
possessions. If sculpture and ceramics
are what you enjoy, then let them be
part of your home. Art is not just
the obvious.
